Orders will be processed in the order they are received.
All sales are final upon payment. Tickets sold cannot be returned or exchanged, even in the event of loss or theft, unless a performance is canceled and the organizer decides to issue a refund.
Festivalgoers who arrive by train or bus are eligible for a discounted ticket price for the concerts.

Starting July 26, at the Festival box office, up to 30 minutes before the concert begins.

To caregivers of people with disabilities
People under 18 and people with disabilities (Category 1 and choir)
Ages 18–23
To students and the unemployed
To the seasonal workers of Valloire
All concerts are free for children under 18 and people with a Category 2 disability.
